Because of her outfit, the cables, the box and the little robot close to the cupcake, I could assume GlaDos is a character for (or from) a sci-fi themed series or something similar. If it's a series that already exists, sorry, maybe it isn't very well known but if it's your personal creation, welcome.

What I find a bit disturbing are her legs and feet. They're well drawn but her pose would have been more natural if she were standing naturally instead of with her legs separated. And when the legs are like this, the feet should always point outwards, because we simply can't make that with our feet. Finally, her right leg would need to have the knee pointing outwards, for the same reason with the feet.

Another thing for this particular drawing is that you might want to crop the image so that the character and the rest of the elements look bigger on it. And her head could be a bit wider unless you like it that way.

I hope it helps you to improve not how you draw, but how you pose the legs. Otherwise I find her outfit and the concept very original, especially with the computer cables, the transparent skirt and the pet robot. Good work!
